Courteous service from a small, friendly company

I ordered a cross stitch kit for a design which I had found to be out of stock from a number of suppliers. It took some time, but Very Crafty explained the reason for the delay, were in touch with the designer/creator and were helpful on the phone. The kit duly arrived safe and sound, with a hand-written acknowledgement thanking me for my patience.
